Challenge for Week December 21st- December 27th
It's time to pull your next credit report and look for inaccuracies. To pull your report, use annualcreditreport.com, the website the credit reporting agencies set up to comply with Federal law. You'll have the option to download one or all of the credit reports from the three agencies. Make sure only the Equifax box is checked and the other two credit agencies are unchecked before you pull your report.
Review the report for any errors, accounts your don't recognize, or balances that seem off. Identify any information on the report that is inaccurate and dispute it with the credit agencies. You have a right under the law to dispute any information and have inaccurate information removed.
